To enable Offline mode from within the application simply navigate to Menu > File > Work Offline.

If you want to run the application in the Offline mode when opening it, hold the CTRL button while the application is being initialized. This will be detected by the program and you will be given an option to enable the Offline mode.

To get back Online either click the Menu > File > Work Offline option again or click the Refresh button.
