Why am I missing some emails when I use the search feature?

First, it's important to realize how eM Client works; it only downloads message headers. Messages themselves are not fully downloaded until after you click on them to show their content in eM Client. Thus, eM Client cannot search in the bodies of all your messages by default. However, you can work around this by enabling the option "Download messages for Offline use" in the account settings (Tools – Accounts).
